As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who is passionate about building high-performing teams, shaping Xeno’s talent strategy, and owning end-to-end hiring for critical roles. In this role, you’ll work closely with founders, leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring in top talent, elevate the candidate experience, and strengthen the culture that powers our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for senior and niche roles across functions
  • Partner with founders, leaders, and hiring managers to align on role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
  • Build and execute talent acquisition strategies, including outbound sourcing, pipeline management, and talent mapping
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects Xeno’s culture and values
  • Drive data-backed hiring decisions using funnel metrics, sourcing insights, and market intelligence
  • Strengthen employer branding through content, outreach, and candidate engagement
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, frameworks, and interview structures
  • Create long-term relationships with top talent and maintain warm pipelines
  • Champion diversity hiring and drive inclusive hiring practices
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and structured evaluation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
  • Proven experience hiring for senior-level and specialized roles
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with founders, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with comfort using hiring metrics
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive teams
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
